| 30/7/1998 | Charity Ball for the benefit of oral cancer patients under the patronage of H.E. the First Lady Mrs. Suzanne Mubarak and featuring Lebanese Star “Magda Il Roumy”. The ball was held in Alexandria Conference Center. - Attendance: 1,550 |

| 5-7/5/1999 | Second International Implantology Congress Sheraton Montaza, Alexandria. The Opening ceremony was presented by renowned talk show host “ Samir Sabry “ and was aired on National T.V. with the intent of introducing the general public to the then yet unfamiliar practice of implantology. - Attendance: 520 |

| 15 /4/2004 | First Comprehensive Implantology course Even though dental implants is not practiced by undergraduates, the AOIA took the lead in establishing the "Implant School" , a step by step guide for general practitioners into the vast world of implantology. The extremely positive feedback led to the decision to launch both basic and advanced courses four times annually. - Attendance: 45. |
